We chose to do the evening helicopter tour over Las Vegas. We got a great price, our shuttle bus driver Joe was brilliant, very friendly ,outgoing nothing was too much for him . The ride to the helicopter station was very smooth, Jo was very professional and explained everything to us. At the helicopter station, staff were very friendly, gave us all the do's and don'ts.
The ride was awesome, I have a fear of heights but would highly recommend 5star helicopter tours to everyone, exceptional service from start to finish , Joe was the icing on top of our tour Thanks Joe really appreciate it.

Wow, everything was absolutely amazing! From being picked up by Joe, the helicopter ride, photos and then return journey was so professional and great. Big shout out to Joe who was absolutely brilliant on the transfers, such a lovely & chatty guy … highly recommend!

I travelled on my own and Elly couldn’t have been more welcoming. She was so friendly and kind, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The helicopter ride over Las Vegas was incredible, but what I’ll really remember is how thoughtful and genuine Elly was throughout. Travelling solo can sometimes feel a bit awkward, but she made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. I honestly can’t recommend her and 5 Star Helicopter Tours enough!

A wonderful ride awesome experience worth it to repeat it. A must do when you come to Las Vegas. The Philippine lady who help was was very nice and made our day xperience. Easy and Hazle free.

From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable and safe. Her attention to detail was fabulous — she explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions with a smile, and made the whole journey feel extra special.

Elly truly went above and beyond, combining professionalism with genuine care and friendliness. She has such a positive energy that made the ride not just scenic, but also memorable on a personal level. I cannot recommend her highly enough — she is absolutely fabulous!

What started as a disappointing experience turned into an unforgettable one, thanks to the amazing team at 5 Star Helicopter Tours! Although our original booking had some miscommunication, Maria went above and beyond to make it right. She was incredibly professional, kind, and made sure we were given top priority when we rescheduled. Our helicopter director was fantastic, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. OMG! I totally recommend this 5 star helicopter ride. Everyone was very professional from the beginning to the end .Are pilot,
and I apologize for not remembering the correct name Christy or Christine was excellent. Her knowledge of the landmarks was on point. She would tell you when you were coming up on something and what side to look for it. Just ian FYI, you are not allowed to take pictures walking to or from the helicopter, nor in front. You are to take pictures later with the drop backdrop. Although, the ride is short, it was the highlight of our trip. We will be be back with our family until then, thank you 5 star Helicopter Tours.

This was an awesome experience for my cousin and I first time in a helicopter for her birthday. The manager and staff was very accommodating helpful and nice most definitely will be back and recommend to family and friends.

I am writing a review for my first experience tour in a helicopter. It was amazing for me and my mom for the first time. The ride was smooth but we had some traffic going from hotel to hotel picking up people in a helicopter tour van that was pretty clean and comfortable seats. No drinks in the Mercedes Benz van but at the site of the helicopter hanger and shop area. The instructor went thru all the information and safety measures for each group we was broking to group calling by names.

The ride in the helicopter was smooth ride and get to see a Birds Eye view of the las strip. They circle around in a infinite loop sign looping around the stratosphere hotel the strat hotel to have people see the Birds Eye View of hotels and area off the hotel like the T mobile arena to the new hotel and part of down town Las Vegas. It was a fast left off going strand up in the air but your can feel the turbulent. We did it at night to see the night life. So amazing the ride and fun to hear the helicopter pilot explain the land marks of the new and old hotels etc

We had a blast! This was our favorite attraction we did in Vegas. This was 10X cooler than the sphere show ‘postcard from earth’.

We had the package which included dinner at the Eiffel Tower and Night flight over the strip. Carey was a great driver for our transportation at all points. He was prompt, welcoming, outgoing, and professional. Even lending a helping hand out of the shuttle.
Dinner was amazing. The preset menu was just right, even gluten friendly the staff was very attentive. Even the head chef came by to ask of our meal was.
Our flight was good and smooth, however not nearly long enough, we would enjoy it again.
With having 6 passengers, maybe consider a second loop in the flight pattern the opposite direction so the passengers on the starboard/right side, can see the strip as clearly as the passengers on the port/left side. It’s difficult to get good night photos of the views being seated on the right.
Great partnership with the restaurant. Great experience. Definitely recommend, treat yourself and make some great memories.

I love the level of service of these guys at 5Star! From booking thru Viator any I was assisted by the lovely Ms. Liza, who helped us change the date. Was picked up by a jolly Mr. Eddie and was greeted by the very accommodating Ms Elly. She even explained the best seats and I am so glad she’s the one that we dealt with :) Ms. Marissa helped me change our drop off at the last minute because of a surprise gift given by my nephew. In fact, the entire vibe of the 5 star team is really great! They seemed to have a good working relationship because they are all working happily. With all the changes that happened I am SO GLAD I’m dealing with these great team! Will definitely recommend and use them again! Really the best!! :)

My friend Prince struggles with mobility and speech but the teams accessibility training was exceptional they hoisted him onto the craft with ease and all tho he couldn’t communicate it I know he had the best time (ps half his face doesn’t move)

My girlfriend and I were in Vegas over the weekend and decided to try a helicopter ride over the strip. It was absolutely amazing to see. If you think that the lights are cool from the ground floor, wait until you see them in the helicopter far above them.

The facility was classy and our pilot knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants some excitement when they visit Las Vegas.
